Ha! You know I couldn’t stay away that long. Fortunately, my testing this morning was minimal.
I will say this though, seeing the right doctor at the right hospital makes all the difference. I’m not sure I’ll ever waste my time again on private practice doctors where I live again. Any more, I’m headed [...]

I am seeing a new specialist tomorrow morning with regard to my ongoing health issues. Since the end of April, I have lost 20 lbs. due to excruciating abdominal pain any time I eat. While it’s nice to finally lose weight, I’d rather not lose it via the starvation method.
Having no idea of [...]

The Barack Obama presidential campaign introduced a new site last week, FightTheSmears.com, that it hopes will debunk persistent myths about the senator: that he’s a Muslim, that he won’t say the Pledge of Allegiance, etc. As we have argued before, restating the myths often reinforces them, no matter how persuasively they’ve been refuted.

I’ve been mulling this over for a while. Many people make friends via message boards or blogs and often wonder when they stop being “Internet” friends and and just become “friends.” I’m a part of a wonderful community on the Internet. I’ve known one of the gals almost my whole life (Smee!) and met another [...]

NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) — Crude prices rebounded Tuesday on renewed concern about global demand, particularly in earthquake-ravaged China, while gasoline reached another record high average above $4 a gallon.
Light, sweet crude for July delivery rose $2.90 to $137.25 a barrel in trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
Monday’s $4 price drop was a slight backtrack [...]

After we get back from our one and only family vacation of the summer (which should be interesting, considering I’m still often too sick to leave the house!) I finally have an appointment with the brainiacs in my area to figure out what on Earth is wrong with me.
Why, after almost 3 years since having [...]
