I just returned from a lovely dinner with about a dozen of Monkey Man’s co-workers. We were invited out to TGIFriday’s this evening by his team lead and joined by I think the majority of the members of his team. They were all so nice. Lots of laughter and of course we watched the Cardinals game on the restaurant TVs

Because I never get out except to my La Leche League mommy peers, I spent way too much of the evening talking and asking random, weird questions. I’m sure I said things that made my dinner companions  go “what is wrong with this chick?” but I just had to ask for forgiveness.

Again, I don’t get out much with adults who aren’t covered in spit-up, only know how to talk about poopy diapers, and the latest in nursing bras.
